Maplewood Court is a 50-bed intermediate care facility that offers quality care in a homelike atmosphere. We are a Medicare-certified, full-service nursing center offering a complete, restorative therapy program. Each resident receives personal, compassionate care with full access to Mason's many amenities, including a full array of social, recreational, and cultural activities and program. Rooms are semi-private.
