Mason Health Care Center is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility with 10 Assisted Living Units.  The facility offers routine nursing care, medically related social services, a diverse activity program, restorative/rehabilitative nursing care and therapeutic diets.  A team of professionals work closely with residents and their families to provide quality care for our residents.  With the support of Deaconess Long Term Care of Ohio, Mason Health Care Center looks forward to serving the Mason Community for many years to come.
